While you are meditating, you might try to - sit in a chair and focus on your breath...relax... feel the peace that surrounds you... you will feel a sense of calmness and a relaxed feeling. As you practice this technique, you will become aware that "little things" don't bother you as much...you will be able to get a handle on your thinking patterns...and become aware that what you focus/concentrate on...you attract into your life. 

 I feel that it is really important (especially now, -  for us to focus our mind on our thoughts... begin to learn how to meditate (..Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.
