​ FOCUS ON LOVING YOURSELF
      & THOSE AROUND YOU 
  This is a self-paced, online class.  On this page, and the pages that follow, we will be  discussing and going over - Five Very Important topics that will help you enhance your feelings about your self, your self-respect and your self-confidence.  The five topics
are:

#1 - How You Feel About Yourself (through Self-Love exercises),  #2 - The Thoughts You Think, regarding Yourself (Self-Esteem exercises),  #3 - The  Various Ways You Are Self-Accepting       (by way of Self -Acceptance exercises,   #4 - Following along these lines...are the Self-Confidence you have gained, by completing the exercises
thus far, and #5, The final topic we will be covering is Self-Actualization.

(According to Googles definition of what self-actualization is) - Self-actualized people accept themselves and others as they are. They tend to lack inhibition and are able to enjoy themselves and their lives free of guilt. 2 Not only do self-actualized people fully accept themselves, they also embrace other people for who they are.

We will be providing some articles,  for you to look over as well as a few U-Tube and Ted-Talk videos for you to watch and listen to. What you will be learning about, are techniques and tips on how you can truly Love and Accept Yourself - JUST AS YOU ARE..(regardless of what anyone says or thinks about you).

​I will be giving a brief description on each one, then we will be going into more detail as time goes on.

​Self-Acceptance - .. Self Acceptance. affects how you look at yourself; how you look at others, and the world around you; It affects how you respond and treat your relationships (personal. family and friends), etc

The next one we will be talking about is -

Self-Esteem - Self-Esteem - Self-esteem is important because it heavily influences people's choices and decisions. It serves as a motivational function by making it more or less likely that people will take care of themselves and explore their full potential....It also affects the experiences we have in our lives.

 The "Psychology Dictionary" Online defines self-confidence as an individual’s trust in his or her own abilities, capacities, and judgments, or belief that he or she can successfully face day to day challenges and demands. Likewise,... Self-confidence brings about more happiness.. When you are feeling better about your capabilities, the more energized and motivated you are to take action and achieve your goals."


Self-Love - Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.

Self-Actualization - (According to Googles definition of what self-actualization is) - Self-actualized people accept themselves and others as they are.
